The Bajaj Chetak 3501 has officially launched in Nepal at a price of Rs. 3,24,900, introduced by Hansraj Hulaschand & Co. Pvt. Ltd., the authorized distributor of Bajaj. It marks Bajaj’s entry into the electric scooter market in Nepal and the brand’s first international electric launch. The Chetak 3501 features a 3.5 kWh IP67-rated lithium-ion battery paired with a 4 kW BLDC motor, delivering 20 Nm of torque, a top speed of 73 km/h, and a claimed range of 153 km on a single charge. It boasts a 35-liter under-seat storage, 5.5-inch TFT touchscreen, Eco and Sport riding modes, CBS braking system, and advanced smart features such as Bluetooth connectivity, navigation, music control, and remote immobilization via mobile app. Designed for Nepali roads with a 170 mm ground clearance, full-metal body, and weather-resistant design, the Chetak 3501 is ideal for daily commuters looking for a stylish, efficient, and feature-rich electric two-wheeler.
