Care & Maintenance Notes
- Lubricate the chain every 500 km for seal ring chains or 1000 km for standard chains using recommended chain lube.
- Clean the chain every 2500-3000 km, then re-lubricate.
- Use a nylon brush or soft cloth; avoid steel wire brushes.
- Do not use petrol, thinner, hot water, or direct high-pressure water jets on the chain.
- Maintain a minimum chain slack of 1 inch.
- Replacing dampers during chain and sprocket replacement is recommended for improved longevity.
