The KTM RC 160 is an upcoming fully-faired sportbike in Nepal, positioned as KTM’s new entry-level performance motorcycle and a direct rival to the Yamaha R15. Recently launched in India, the RC 160 is powered by a 164.2cc liquid-cooled BS6 Phase 2 engine producing 18.73 bhp and 15.5 Nm, making it significantly more powerful than the outgoing RC 125. It features aggressive RC-series styling, a trellis frame, WP suspension, dual-channel ABS, and a 6-speed gearbox with assist and slipper clutch, delivering a true race-inspired riding experience. Once launched in Nepal, the expected price of KTM RC 160 is around Rs. 6.30 to 6.60 Lakhs, making it an attractive option for riders seeking sharp design, strong performance, and premium hardware in the sub-200cc sports bike segment.
