Kathmandu, July - Mega Motors, the official distributor of Kama EV in Nepal, has announced the launch of its new electric container vehicle at the upcoming NADA Auto Show 2025, scheduled to begin on Bhadra 3 at Bhrikuti Mandap, Kathmandu. Pre-bookings have already opened, with a special Rs 2 lakh discount for the first 50 customers.

Kama EV’s latest model, the Kama EW-2, is being positioned as a game-changer in Nepal’s growing mini commercial EV market. The container EV is priced at Rs 27.90 lakh, but early adopters the first 50 customers, will get it for Rs 25.90 lakh, according to Mega Motors.

“The Kama EW-2 has already left the factory. We’re preparing for its official launch at the NADA Auto Show. We believe this commercial EV will quickly gain traction in the Nepali market,” said Mahesh Pal, Managing Director of Mega Motors.

The Kama EW-2 is a purpose-built electric light commercial vehicle featuring a factory-fitted cargo container, designed for urban logistics and last-mile delivery.
