The Deepal L07, a stylish electric sedan from Changan’s premium EV lineup, has officially launched in Nepal under the authorized distributorship of MAW Vriddhi AutoCorp. Priced at Rs. 69.99 Lakhs, the L07 is positioned as a high-tech, performance-driven EV sedan ideal for urban commuting and highway cruising.

Built on Changan’s dedicated EPA1 electric platform, the Deepal L07 emphasizes efficiency, safety, and futuristic design. It is powered by a 99 kW Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor paired with a 66.8 kWh Nickel Manganese Cobalt (NMC) battery, delivering a claimed range of 540 km (NEDC). The car features a fully electric rear-wheel-drive (RWD) system and boasts a top speed of 160 km/h.

With advanced tech like a 15.6-inch touchscreen, AR Head-Up Display, and ADAS 2.5 safety suite, the L07 brings premium features into the mainstream EV segment in Nepal. It is available in five attractive color options: White, Green, Grey, Black, and Blue, appealing to the modern EV enthusiast.

Charging options include AC (3kW & 7kW) and DC fast charging, with the latter taking only 35 minutes (30-80%), making it a practical choice for Nepal’s evolving EV infrastructure.

Originally launched at Rs. 66.99 Lakhs, the price increased slightly after the Nepal Government’s Budget for FY 2081/82 revised EV taxation. Despite the hike, the L07 offers excellent value with its premium features, performance, and cutting-edge design. It is available through MAW Vriddhi AutoCorp at their showroom in Naxal, Kathmandu.
