Priced between Rs. 51.96 Lakhs to Rs. 59.96 Lakhs, the Creta EV is available in four trims: Executive, Smart, Smart (O), and Premium+. All current variants come equipped with a 42 kWh Lithium-ion battery and a 99 kW Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor, offering a solid blend of power and practicality. This move follows Hyundai’s strategy to repurpose the existing ICE Creta’s K2 platform to reduce production costs while still appealing to EV enthusiasts. The Creta Electric adheres to Hyundai’s signature design language with modern EV upgrades, boasts a range of up to 390 km (MIDC), and features multiple charging options including DC fast charging. With futuristic styling, advanced tech, and an attractive entry price, the Creta EV aims to capitalize on the popular Creta branding while catering to Nepal’s growing demand for electric vehicles.

The Creta Electric delivers a confident and refined driving experience, powered by a 99 kW PMSM motor that produces 136 PS of power and 200 Nm of torque. Paired with a 42 kWh Lithium-ion battery, it offers a MIDC-certified range of 390 km, which is practical for both urban and intercity commutes. It reaches a top speed of 165 km/h and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 9.1 seconds, offering peppy performance for a family SUV. Moreover, Hyundai plans to introduce a Long Range variant with 126 kW motor and 51.4 kWh battery, promising a stronger performance and 473 km MIDC range for users needing more endurance.

The base Executive starts at Rs. 51.96 Lakhs, while the top-spec Premium+ goes up to Rs. 59.96 Lakhs. A Long Range variant with a 51.4 kWh battery and 126 kW motor is set to launch soon, offering higher performance and extended range. Hyundai is offering a flat Rs. 75,000 discount on all trims except the Executive. The vehicle is already available in showrooms across Nepal.
